5 Mental Health at Home Tips

2020 has been a wild ride. But one silver lining of this turbulent year? We’ve updated our features to better address your employee health and wellness needs! Check out how we’ve revamped the Givhero experience to make your well-being journey more customizable, rewarding, and sustainable.

We can also combine multiple areas of well-being into one program to create a “total well-being challenge” (think 20 minutes of activity + connect with a colleague + 5 minutes of meditation).

We’re not a one-challenge-fits-all kind of company. We believe employee wellness plans should be unique to your company. With unlimited options at the touch of your fingertips, you can create your customized list of activities for employee challenges (here’s a well-being challenge we love from our partner American University!). Curate activities that are special to your organizational culture (recognizing colleagues, connecting with different departments, taking 5, etc.). And don’t forget about our corporate AND personal teams (a little friendly competition between Sales and Marketing, or how about some healthy sibling rivalry!). Need to provide some extra motivation to your colleagues or loved ones? Just send them a “motivation” pick-me-up, or recognize their achievement with a friendly round of “applause”!
